Bump & Splash - Aqua Natal
Looking for a gentle and social way to stay active during pregnancy? Come along to a weekly wednesday Bump and Splash at Bromsgrove Sport and Leisure Centre, a relaxed swim and social session for mums-to-be.
Gentle, pregnancy-safe swim, Café social with Family Hub support and advice on every 2nd Wednesday of each month. Midwife-led Q&A on the 4th Wednesday of each month.
Bromsgrove Older Peoples Forum
Bromsgrove PCN are relaunching a new style Older Peoples Forum.
The group will meet from 10am – 12pm on the second Thursday of every month at Chandler Court Care Home in Recreation Road.
The meetings provide an opportunity for social gatherings, and guest speakers will attend to discuss topics of interest.
Mum & Mini: Social Stroll!
We’re excited to introduce Mum & Mini: Social Stroll!
A friendly weekly walk for mums-to-be, new mums & mums with young children, designed to create a relaxed space to get outdoors, enjoy gentle movement, and connect with other local mums.
Fresh air, gentle movement & friendly conversation. A chance to meet other mums & build connections. Suitable for pregnant mums, new mums & mums with little ones
